Who We Are
MSCG is a Jacksonville, FL based consulting firm and was created to ensure compliance with all aspects of DHS security requirements for maritime facilities. Compliance assurance is offered for both MTSA and C-TPAT. Additionally, we offer general security, custom auditing, tests of existing measures, and much more.

Training is offered in all aspects of 33CFR parts 105, 126, and more. Additionally we can tailor a training program for many of your security needs, from corporate to personal. Among the topics we can provide are Active Shooter, Device detection, Online refresher courses for 33CFR105.215, domain awareness, personal protection, and much more. Topics can be presented as live, table-top, or online and in many cases can also serve to comply with required drills and exercises while teaching your employees simultaneously. Note that live training always has a waiting list, so plan well in advance to avoid delays.
Our training consists of methodologies that have been used by security & law enforcement in real world scenarios, not just the classroom. Best practices and lessons learned are incorporated into all training. We also improve and update our training as new technologies develop, and as new information presents.
